Job Description

Market & Customer Understanding

  • Collect information about market demand, and alternative products
  • Visit market and regional Customer to understand customer behavior and demand
  • Position products and understand company product system
  • Supervise regional sales & marketing activities of both us and competitors
  • Seek out new marketing opportunities that fit with the brand and maximize all opportunities for growth

Branding & Event

  • Drive brand awareness across various categories and products
  • Attend and present at trade shows and events on behalf of the business
  • Prepare all marketing documentary & resource for Trading/ event activities
  • Manage all aspects of the brand through the supply chain both tangible and intangible
  • Analyze the brand and current strategy and highlighting areas of weaknesses or conflicting messages
  • Create a brand plan and brand strategy and ensuring all aspects of the product or companies marketing and activities align with the ethos and goals of the brand

Commercial support

  • Create and execute trade marketing plans for individual products and product ranges across the region
  • Coordinate the creation and delivery of marketing materials and content
  • Well coordinate with other departments to enhance procedure efficiency, ensure commercial goals of the brand, growth of market and volume of sales.
  • Develop and sustain strong working relationships with all stakeholders/ partners and customer

Do analysis and report

  • Conduct report on time, follow as functions, missions and whenever needs
  • Reporting on data and industry trends relating to trade categories

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor/ Master degree in specialized in Marketing, Communication, Commerce and Economy or similar
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of sales, trade marketing and/or marketing communications
  • Proven track record of trade marketing experience (preferably in construction industry)
  • Market research & data analysis
  • Ability to work under high pressure and flexible business environment
  • High sense of accountability, job ownership, self-motivation, proactivity and teamwork
  • High experience with handle communication crisis, relationship with partners and customers.
  • Excellent use of MS Office/ Computer/ Media tools
  • Good communication in both Vietnamese & English
